Refund & Returns Policy – Dear Nature by Mery

At Dear Nature by Mery, every product is lovingly handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. We want you to be delighted with your order and feel confident in your purchase.
Because our skincare is natural and made for personal use, we can only accept returns for unused and unopened items.

We understand that handmade skincare is personal — if you’re unsure about a product, please reach out before purchasing. We’re here to help you find the right fit for your skin

Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

To start a return, please email dearnaturebymery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe return.
  • We're unable to accept returns that arrive damaged, opened, or after the 14-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right 🌿
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dearnaturebymery@gmail.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll happily send a replacement or process a full refund.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Discovery sizes
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
