Shipping Policy

We know waiting for your order can be exciting — thank you for supporting small-batch, handmade skincare. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping process 🌿

At Dear Nature by Mery, every order is handmade with care and packed mindfully to reach you in its best condition. We truly appreciate your patience while we prepare your parcel with love and attention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Each product is freshly made in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Delivery Options & Fees (New Zealand)

We ship exclusively with NZ Post — tracked and overnight across New Zealand.

• Light Parcels (A4 Courier Pack) – $7.90
• Standard Parcels (FS Courier Pack) – $9.50
• Rural Delivery – additional $5.54
• Free shipping on all orders over $95 🌿
• Free local pickup available at the markets & events we attend — simply select “Pick up in person” at checkout and collect your order from our stall.

All orders are lovingly packed and sent from our studio in New Zealand within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time (NZ)

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–3 business days via NZ Post. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at dearnaturebymery@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with you and NZ Post to make things right as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this stage, we currently ship within New Zealand only, but we will expand internationally soon!
